Refund policy
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn ,unused, and unlaundered with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
We do not issue credit card refunds- only exchanges for like-for-like items ( i.e. same color and style but a request for a different size) and if replacement product is unavailable, a store credit may be offered.
To start a return, you can contact us at customerservice@boyrio.com. If your return is accepted and meets our return guidelines, we will process your return within three weeks, and notify you once completed. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will need to send the item (s) back to us at your expense. We recommend shipping via pre-paid insured, and traceable mail. Please include your order number in return.
You are responsible for return shipping fees. if you are exchanging an item, standard shipping fees will apply.
