Please return items in weather-resistant packaging along with a copy of your order invoice. Please let us know the reason for you return and simply let us know if you want to exchange or return. We highly recommend that you send your item via traceable mail. Please be aware that you are responsible for return postage. We are not responsible for lost or misdirected mail.

For items you are exchanging, please allow us approximately seven business days upon receipt of your return for your replacement to arrive. In the event you desire an exchange for an item which is lower in price than the item being returned, any difference will be credited back to the card originally used for the order. Likewise, if your exchange is for an item of higher price, the difference will simply be charged to your original card used for the order.

For returns, please allow approximately one to three weeks for us to receive and process. We will send you an email confirmation of your credit. Please note that a flat re-stocking charge of $10 applies to all items returned for a refund.
